Geraldine Hill 85, of Aliquippa, Pennsylvania went from Labor to her eternal reward on Wednesday, December 21, 2022 at Heritage Valley Medical Center in Beaver, PA. She was the daughter of the Late Gary Bouler and the Late Lula Mae Bouler. She was born on March 10, 1937 in Aliquippa, Pennsylvania. She accepted Christ as her personal Savior at an early age and served faithfully as a member of Ebenezer AME Church for 85 years.
Geraldine affectionately known as "Granny" by her grandchildren worked at LTV Steel in Aliquippa for many years and retired as a Domestic Engineer for a private family in Sewickley, Pennsylvania. Sister Hill was educated in the Aliquippa School System and graduated from Aliquippa High School Class of 1955. She dedicated her life to serve others her calling to fulfill. She sang with Ebenezer AME Senior Choir for over 40 years and she loved her church family and the many pastors that she worshipped with down thru the years. Geraldine's goal in life was to be a strong mother and grandmother to her children and grandchildren of whom she loved and devoted much time. The love she gave to her children made her a delight in their lives. She was married to the late Melvin Hill.
Geraldine enjoyed Crocheting, traveling to the casinos, live entertainment and she was a Connoisseur of foods and enjoyed fine dining.
Besides her parents that preceded her in death, she was preceded in death by her loving daughter, Stephanie Durham. She leaves to cherish her memory, her Eldest Son, Byron (Sherry Ann) Hill, Gary Hill and devoted daughter Patrice Hill who stood by her side daily and helped to take care of all of her needs and wants (all of Aliquippa). She is survived by her grandchildren Rico Williams, Shayla Hill all of Aliquippa, Kristian Kirkland and Starla Taylor of Ambridge, PA, Jazmine Durham of Seattle, Washington, Gary Mark Hill of Arizona, Dion Barner of Kansas City, Missouri. She also leaves to mourn her passing 11 great-granchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren. Goddaughter, Lori Ann Moye of Chicago, IL. Devoted friends Shirley Bell, Juanita Crawford, Stephanie Anderson, Lucille Moye and a dedicated AME Son, Khary K. Nettles that she accepted as a family members 28 years ago. She lit up with Joy whenever she saw her dedicated friend, Calvin L. Sheffield who was not only her Funeral Director but a confidant.
